Door Schedule Change (use this to adjust when the door is unlocked)

Door Patron Group Change (use this to add/remove a new patron group or door to a particular patron)

Patron Group Access Time Change (add/change times of patron group's access to all doors in group)

Use your ID or Mobile ID to access the door(s) and record the time below (helps us find the right door or doors)

Door name(s) or building name (if changing the entire building)

Select the patron group that has the door in it
Select the door that you are requesting a change on
It will display the tap access for the last 48 hours so you can double check that you have the correct door
The door name is displayed in bold at the top near recent activity
