Request to Create or Change Entity Email Account


Entity email accounts do not correspond directly to individuals.  They are created for a group of people, such as a department or student organizations. An example would be is the entity email account for the IT Services Support Desk.


Faculty, staff and student officers of student organizations should use this form to make the following types of requests for entity (group) email accounts:    

  • Create account that routes to its own mailbox (Accounts with their own mailbox will also have an associated calendar)
  • Create account that routes to an existing mailbox
  • Change email routing
  • Delete an account
  • Reset password
