Error Message
  An error occurred fetching the content for this module
Affected User / Action Miami University staff and faculty receive this error message when attempting to view classes from a previous semester in the myCourses module.
Cause A known-error in the myCourses module causes information from previous semesters not to appear as intended.
Applied Resolution / Workaround
  1. Click the Refresh Now button in the myCourses module
  2. If the refresh fails, log in to Canvas to access course materials from your older courses
    • Other information about the courses can be found in the appropriate semester in BannerWeb
  3. Or contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat for assistance in correcting this error
