| Affected User / Action |
Miami University staff and faculty receive this error message when attempting to view classes from a previous semester in the myCourses module. |
| Cause |
A known-error in the myCourses module causes information from previous semesters not to appear as intended. |
| Applied Resolution / Workaround |
- Click the Refresh Now button in the myCourses module
- If the refresh fails, log in to Canvas to access course materials from your older courses
- Other information about the courses can be found in the appropriate semester in BannerWeb
