Affected User / Action	Miami University staff and faculty receive this error message when attempting to view classes from a previous semester in the myCourses module
Cause	A known-error in the myCourses module is causing information from previous semesters not to appear as intended
Applied Resolution / Workaround	Click the Refresh Now button in the myCourses module If the refresh fails, log in to Canvas to access course materials from your older courses Other information about the courses can be found in the appropriate semester in BannerWeb Or contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat for assistance in correcting this error
