TDX / View or update tickets for others in your department

Objective
- To provide instruction on viewing and updating TDX support tickets that others in my department have submitted
Scope
- Specific individuals may be granted permission to see tickets logged in the name of other people in their assigned departments; only individuals with these elevated permissions may do so
Environment
Resolution
- View open ticket requests
- Check the box to enable the option, Include requests from my accounts / departments
- Locate the ticket you want to view using the search features
- If necessary, adjust search terms to view closed tickets or narrow the list of tickets
- Add terms to search within the ticket
- Adjust the status class to see Completed or Cancelled tickets
- Click the title of the ticket you want to update
- Click Comment
- Specify who — of the people involved in this ticket so far — should receive your comment
- Enter your comment
- Click Save
