Objective

  • To provide instruction on removing your expired trial version of Adobe Acrobat when:
    • During installation, you selected the free trial version instead of using the embedded serial number in your purchase confirmation
    • You installed Adobe Acrobat using Miami's installer, but failed to activate your software — the trial mode is now expired

Resolution 

  1. On your Windows device, choose Start
  2. Select Control Panel
  3. Select Add/Remove Programs
  4. Select Adobe Acrobat
  5. Select Uninstall
  6. Follow the prompts to remove Adobe Acrobat
