View or update a support ticket submitted in your name / TDX

Problem

  • How do I view and update the TDX support tickets I have submitted?

Resolution

  1. View your open ticket requests 
  2. If necessary, adjust search terms
    • Add terms to search within the ticket 
    • Adjust the status class to see Completed or Cancelled tickets
  3. Click Search
  4. Click the title of the ticket you want to update
  5. Click Comment
  6. Specify who (of the people involved in this ticket so far) should receive your comment
  7. Enter your comment
  8. Click Save
