Gmail Contacts / Incorrect email address saved in a contact entry

Objective

• To provide instruction on resolving an incorrect email address for a contact in Gmail
  • You have a contact saved with that person's name associated with an incorrect email address

Environment

• 10262: Google Mail (email e-mail) 
  • Gmail Contacts

Resolution

1. Read this Google Contacts Help article for instructions on deleting a contact
2. Send the person a new email by entering their email address in the To: bar
3. A new contact will be created after you send the message
