25Live / Search availability, features, capacity of a classroom

Objective

• To provide instruction on using 25Live when:
  • You want to learn about the availability, features, and capacity of a Miami classroom

Environment

• 10352: Series25 (25Live)
• Events & Room Scheduling

Resolution

1. Go to Miami's 25Live portal
2. Click the Sign In tab in the upper right corner of the screen
3. In the 25Live Miami University Scheduling window, click the Go to Search link to begin your search
4. In the Quick Search box, enter the Search Locations
5. To search specific Categories, Features, Layouts or Capacities, click the link and check/uncheck as desired
6. After entering all the desired information, click Search
7. Scroll through the list of matched locations
8. Click the room name (example, ALU-200) for more information on the space

• Details — features and capacity
• List — schedule of events
• Availability (Daily) — events scheduled in one or more locations on the selected date
• Availability (Weekly) — comparison of events scheduled in the selected location over multiple weeks, grouped by day
