- To provide a link to the Canvas Guide article on how to use Files in Canvas when:
- An image in your quiz has been replaced with a lock icon

- This Canvas Guide article will show you how to use Files as an instructor
- Ensure that the images are published in your course site; if they are in a folder, make sure that the folder is published too
- Ask your students to try to another browser and/or clear their cookies and cache and restart the browser
