Software Center / Troubleshoot access after Windows upgrade

Objective
- To provide troubleshooting guidance or assistance in accessing Software Center when:
- You just upgraded to the latest version of Windows using Software Center, but Software Center is gone now
Environment
- 10293: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Software for University-owned Computers
- Microsoft Windows
Resolution
- In the search window, enter cmd.exe
- At the command prompt, enter gpupdate/force and press Enter
- Restart your computer
- If Software Center isn't available after restarting your computer, contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat session at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat to report the issue
