Problem

Resolution

Windows 10

• Requires connectivity to the Miami University network
  • If off-campus, a connection to MUVPN is required
  • AnyConnect VPN / Use on Windows computer

1. Open the Start menu
2. In the Search programs and files field, type Software Center
3. Click on Software Center to load the application
4. Select the application you want to install to open the profile page
5. Click Install at the bottom right
