Procedure
Log in to the KB
and locate your article
On the article page, click the
Edit Article
button to open
Content
editor page
At the top of the
Body
editor field, click the
Source
button display HTML content
Copy all HTML article content within the editor field
Open the Accessibility Checker tool
In the tool, click the
Paste HTML Markup
tab to open field
Paste the HTML content into the field and click
Check It
Review the report for
Known Problems
and
Likely Problems
Potential Problems
are currently considered marginal and acceptable
Return to the KB article editor field and correct all
Known Problems
and
Likely Problems
listed in the report
Review Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2 Level AA Conformance standards
