Active Directory / Assistance needed to create a new group

Objective

• To obtain assistance in creating a new Active Directory (AD) group

Environment

• 10668: Active Directory (AD)
• 12612: Directory Accounts Manager

Resolution

1. Contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat session at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat to request the addition of a new AD group
2. Provide the following information:
   • Desired group name
   • Name and UniqueID of each employee to be added to the new group
