Canvas / Request an extension on course end-date

Objective

• To provide instruction on requesting an extension on the course end-date when:
  • You need to take your final exam on Canvas, but Canvas says that the course has been closed
  • You take-home final on is listed as unavailable, because the course has been closed

Environment

Cause

• The course end-date was set to close before the final exam was finished

Resolution

• Contact your professor to extend the course end-date
