Unable to log in to Miami Qualtrics / Qualtrics

Problem

• How do I log in to your Miami Qualtrics account?

Resolution

1. Log in to Miami's Qualtrics portal
2. If you are unable to log in, try logging in to myMiami
   • If you are able to log in to myMiami, follow these KB instructions to clear your browser cache and data, and then try logging in to Qualtrics again
   • If you are unable to log in to myMiami, follow these instructions to change your password
