ClassTech / Classroom audio is not working

Issue
- When playing a DVD, the audio doesn't work from the teacher's workstation
- The audio is not working in the classroom
- The sound quality in the classroom is extremely poor
- I hear sounds from the speakers when no audio is playing
- The audio in this room is fuzzy and hard to hear
Environment

Resolution
- Confirm that audio is not muted on the touch panel
- Confirm that the speakers are not muted on the instructor's computer
- Confirm that the audio on the video player (e.g. YouTube/VLC) is not muted or turned down
- Inside the cabinet, make sure the mute button is not engaged and try increasing the volume on the Crestron amp
- Change the input on the Crestron panel to a different source, and then back again
- Shut down the teachers station, and then restart
