Qualtrics / Account access issues

Objective

• To provide instruction on accessing a Miami Qualtrics account when:
  • You are in a Miami Qualtrics seminar and cannot access your Miami Qualtrics account
  • You need a new password
  • You have created your Miami Qualtrics account but do not have full access 

Environment

• 10335: Qualtrics

Cause

• You must log in to Qualtrics through Miami University's Qualtrics portal (not through Qualtrics.com)

Resolution

1. Go to Miami University's Qualtrics portal
2. Log in using your UniqueID and MUnet password
