Problem
- Why can't I access the To-Do area for the Canvas app on my phone?
- Why is the To-Do list not showing all items on the Canvas app on my phone?

Resolution
- Note that not all Canvas features are available or fully functional using the Canvas mobile app, including many third-party integrations. We recommend accessing Canvas in a supported web browser whenever possible to ensure full functionality of Canvas features
- For instructions on using the mobile app, review the appropriate Canvas Guide:
- Note that items you've added to the To-Do list do not show on the mobile app; only upcoming course activities are displayed. For your courses to show in the app, you may need to add them to your favorites. Check out the Canvas Troubleshooting Guide for more information:
- Ensure you are using the most current version of the Canvas Student app. If not, update it to the newest version. If so, try the following steps:
- Clear the cache in the Canvas Student App
- Clear the cache on an iOS device
- Go to Settings
- Select Apps
- Select the Canvas App.
- Toggle on the option "Reset cache on next launch." Force close the Canvas Student App
- Log back in to the Canvas Student App again
- Clear the cache on an Android device
- Go to your phone's Settings
- Select Apps
- Locate the Canvas Student App and select it
- Press Storage and select the delete or clean button to clear data and clear the cache
- Log back in to the Canvas app again
- If clearing the cache doesn't work, delete the app and reinstall it
