Resolve Canvas Student mobile app issues / Canvas

Problem
- I cannot access the to-do area for the Canvas app on a smartphone
- The Canvas app is not updated, and I can't see my courses
Resolution
- Review the appropriate Canvas Guide article:
- Delete the Canvas app from your device
- Reinstall the app from the App Store
- Clear the app cache by tapping the dashboard screen three times with four fingers
- A displayed message will tell you that the app cache is clear
