I cannot access the to-do area for the Canvas app on a smartphone
The Canvas app is not updated, and I can't see my courses

Resolution
Review the appropriate Canvas Guide article:
How do I change the Student app settings on my iOS device?
How do I change the Student app settings on my Android device?
Delete the Canvas app from your device
Reinstall the app from the App Store
Clear the app cache by tapping the dashboard screen three times with four fingers
A displayed message will tell you that the app cache is clear
