Problem
- How do I add multiple users to a Google Docs collaboration?
Scope
- A Google Docs collaboration in Canvas allows you to add up to 50 users per collaboration; and all users can view and edit a document at the same time
Resolution
- Make sure your students have linked their Miami Google account with Canvas
- If not, ask your students to follow these instructions:
- Log in to Miami's Canvas
- Select Account in the upper-left
- Select Settings
- Select Google Drive from Other Services
- Follow prompts to register
