Assistance needed in obtaining admin-access via CAM / University Site

Problem

• How do I obtain Application admin-access for new user to a site or application that uses Configuration and Authorization Management (CAM)?

Resolution

1. Contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat to make your request for access
2. Provide the following information:
   • Application name
   • UniqueID of the new user
   • Access keys desired
   • Modules needed
