Canvas / Unable to view comments for group assignment

Objective

• To provide instruction on enabling the view of a student's comments on a group assignment

User

• Canvas Instructor

Environment

• 10185: Canvas

Cause

• Students must check the box Send comment to the whole group in order for comments to be viewed by the entire group

Resolution

• Verify with the student that they checked the box Send Comment to the Whole Group
  • If the student did not do so, remind them to do so next time
• Verify that instructor clicked the submit button for the comment
