- These reports are to help consolidate the data within Faculty Workload
Resolution
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, the reports only look at faculty included in the FWL process — current, primary academic appointment with track type “Teaching, Clinical Professors and Lecturers” OR “Tenure/Tenure Track”
MU FWL Academic Unit Data - Displays the Chair, FWL Reviewer, and Dean for each department. A department will only show up on this report IF the department has 1 or more faculty included in the FWL process. A count of the number of faculty that will be included in the FWL process can be found in the last column on the report. Shared with security groups for FWL (Academic Department Chair, Faculty Workload Reviewer, Dean (Academic Unit), Faculty Workload Admin.
MU FWL NIAs - Shows non-instructional activities (research, administrative service, non-administrative service) that have been entered for/by the faculty. Shared with security groups for FWL (Academic Department Chair, Faculty Workload Reviewer, Dean (Academic Unit), Faculty Workload Admin.
MU FWL Grant Information - Shows grants associated with faculty members who are included in the FWL process regardless of if they have any FWL values entered; does not return any FWL information. Shared with security groups for FWL (Academic Department Chair, Faculty Workload Reviewer, Dean (Academic Unit), Faculty Workload Admin.
MU FWL WLEs - shows faculty name, academic unit, workload equivalent assignment and WLE values; also shows exceptions, notes, and if the FWL is locked, as well as the Chair, FWL Reviewer, and Dean for the academic unit. Shared with security groups for FWL (Academic Department Chair, Faculty Workload Reviewer, Dean (Academic Unit), Faculty Workload Admin.
MU FWL Instructional Activities - shows faculty name, academic unit, academic year, assigned courses, academic period, and associated teaching WLE. This report is linked in the FWL BP. Shared with security groups for FWL (Academic Department Chair, Faculty Workload Reviewer, Dean (Academic Unit), Faculty Workload Admin.
MU FWL NIA WLE IA Grants Composite - shows ALL faculty in the FWL process; includes an indicator as to if a WLE value has been assigned (Teaching Intensive, Teaching & Active Research, etc) and also shows WLE assigned, NIA hours, and grant information. Shared only with Faculty Workload Admin.
