Unable to turn on the computer that connects to the projector / ClassTech

Problem

• I am unable to turn on the computer that connects to the classroom projector 

Resolution

1. Verify that the computer's power cable is plugged in
2. If the power button is flashing, press the power button to turn the computer on

Notes

• Always test technology and media before attempting to use it during a live class
• Log off or restart the resident PC when you have finished using the equipment — do not shut down
• If you need immediate help, locate the sticker on the teacher station and call the number listed. Provide the following information:
  • Make and model of computer
  • Location of computer, including building name and room number
  • Serial number (Mac) or service tag (Dell)
