25Live / Troubleshoot an event that has not been approved

Objective

• To provide instruction on troubleshooting a 25Live event that is not approved and posted
• To provide instruction on troubleshooting a 25Live event that is stuck in draft state

Environment

• 10352: Series25 (25Live) (LYNX Integration System)
• Events & Room Scheduling

Cause

• Certain settings will produce a draft state in 25Live

Resolution

1. Be sure all required fields in the wizard are complete
2. If you continue to experience this issue, email the Office of the University Registrar at RoomRequest@MiamiOH.edu for assistance with set-up and approval. Include the reference ID of your event in the email
