BDM / Download or export batch files

Objective

• To provide instruction on exporting documents from Banner Document Manager (BDM) / ApplicationEnhancer

Environment

Instructions 

1. Log in to ApplicationEnhancer
   • Test
   • Prod
2. Navigate to your application
3. Select Query
   • Fill out the filter as desired, or leave blank to get all files in the application
4. Run the query
5. Check the box for all desired files, or select the checkbox above the list to check all files on the page
   • in the bottom right, update the items per page limit to get more files into the export. You can only export up to 500 at a time
   • Large downloads might time out and be unable to complete
6. Select Export
7. Select Export Selected Documents
8. Check the box for Use PDF Formats
9. Select Export
10. Wait for the download to finish. The pop up box will update you on the download and if you need to select to start the process
