Objective
- To provide troubleshooting tips on sending or receiving Canvas course invitations when:
- You added students to a course site, but the invitations were not sent
- You did not receive your Canvas course invitation

Resolution
Canvas Instructor
- Verify that student email address(es) and UniqueID(s) are spelled and entered correctly
- If not, re-add your students using the correct email address and UniqueID for each
Canvas Student
- If you already have a Canvas account, log into Canvas and check your dashboard for the course invite
- Check your spam mail for any invite from Canvas
- Contact your instructor or site administrator to verify that your email address was entered in correctly
