Canvas / Mobile app links are not in English

Issue

• My Canvas mobile app tab links are not in English

Environment

• 10185: Canvas
  • Canvas mobile app
• iOS, Android

Resolution

1. Verify that your device is set to your preferred language
2. Clear app cache by tapping three times with four fingers on the dashboard screen
   • A message will display that the app cache is clear
3. Close the app
4. Reopen the app to verify that the tabs appear in your preferred language
5. If the app still does not appear in your preferred language, delete the app and reinstall
   • For iPhone and iPad (iOS), download Canvas from the App Store
   • For Android, download Canvas from Google Play
6. Open the newly installed app to verify that it appears in your preferred language
