• To provide instruction on installing Minitab on a Miami-provided computer

Rationale

• Minitab is a User Named licensing model requiring authentication/authorization before use

Resolution

1. Click Start, then begin typing Software Center to search for the Software Center application
2. Select Software Center from the search results 
   • Note: If Software Center is missing from your work computer, request it using the button on the right
3. Ensure that the Available Software tab is selected
4. Select a software title and then click the Install button
5. Watch the Status column to view the software's installation status. Larger software packages may take a while to install

Notes

• The software requires additional licensing
• Minitab is available to download from the Software Center for installation on a Windows computer owned and operated by Miami University
