Microsoft Development Software / Download and install for CEC students

Objective

• To provide instruction on accessing a variety of Microsoft software is available for free download to students taking classes in specific departments.  Students taking any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) get some basic Microsoft software while students with ISA, ETBD, or Engineering majors get access to most all Microsoft Development Software

• All faculty are authorized to download Microsoft software
• Students who want to download Microsoft Software must be actively enrolled in a course offered by one of the following departments:
  • Architecture and Interior Design
  • Business Technology
  • Chemical and Paper Engineering
  • Computer Information Technology
  • Computer Science and Software Engineering
  • Decision Science / Management Information Systems
  • Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • Engineering Technology
  • Management
  • Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Math
  • Nursing

Resolution

1. Log in to the portal using your Miami UniqueID and password
2. Add the desired software to your shopping cart
3. Check out to access the download

• All software except for Visual Studio (which can be downloaded on Mac) must be downloaded on Windows
