Checklist
Custom reports must be peer-reviewed and meet the following criteria to be approved to migrate to Sandbox and Production
Utilize the appropriate TDX task to document the completion of the peer-review.
- Custom reports should contain no more than 50 fields
- Reports should meet Naming Standards
- Examples:
- No underscores, initials, copy, test, person name or ID, etc.
- No abbreviations, ampersand (&), special characters
- Correct prefix
- Appropriate report tags selected
- Examples:

- Time Tracking
- Academic Advising
- Student Records
- A brief description and use case is completed
- Example:
- This composite report provides information about all or prompted gifts. It includes the gift manager's name, employee ID, gift status, and financial data.
- Optional Prompts: Gift, Gift Hierarchies, Campus, Campus Hierarchies, Cost Center, Cost Center Hierarchies, Fund, Fund Hierarchies, Fund Type, Journal Source, Ledger Accounts and Summaries, Program, and Program Hierarchies

Workers with time entry are excluded from the report
- Report is shared with "all authorized users" or specific groups, and not to individuals
- Note: Special cases may require a single shared individual, please review before approval.

- Note: If a report is linked to a workbook, verify with the workbook owner to verify if this option will cause issues
- Comments section has been updated with changes in the following format if the report has been modified
- Date - UniqueID - What changes were made
- Example: 11/11/2024 - gollas - Created a calculated shift date column. Changed the prompts to use the new shift date column. Updated the name to reflect it's expanded usage
