Error Message
  Bad Message 431 — Reason: Request header fields too large
Affected User / Action Community user receives this error when attempting to access certain Miami websites or applications
Cause The 431 error typically occurs with Miami systems that use Shibboleth for authentication and is triggered by an HTTP cookie header that is too large. In other words, your web browser is full of cookies
General Resolution This issue can be resolved by clearing your web browser's cookies. Simply follow the appropriate instructions to clear all cookies from your browser of choice
