- To provide guidance when troubleshooting problems with the CSC Go mobile app

Scope
- Try these steps if you:
- Experience a problem using the CSC Go mobile app to process a payment or to get a machine to start
- Receive a CSC Go network error message
Environment
- 1413534: CSC Go Laundry App
Procedure
- If you receive a network error, it may be temporary; wait 15 minutes and try again
- Check your MUlaa balance; this is the only valid form of payment for on campus laundry
- Turn WiFi service on your phone and connect to Miami's wireless networks. You may also try connecting to a different Miami network
- Make sure that you have registered your CSC Go account using your *.miamioh.edu email account
- Turn your bluetooth off and back on
- Scan the QR code on the machine you want to use and sign in using your Miami credentials; you may need to reply to a Duo push
- Contact Campus Services if a refund request is needed
- Contact CSC Support to report any machine or app issue
- USE OUR IN-APP FUNCTION
- If you are using our CSC Pay or CSC GO app, there’s a Service Request function
- Scan the license plate on the front of the machine, or enter the machine number and select Submit
- Indicate the machine’s problem, complete contact info, and click Submit
- USE OUR SERVICE APP
- Download CSC ServiceWorks Service Request app to your smartphone
- Scan the license plate on the front of the machine, or enter the machine number and select Submit
- Indicate the machine’s problem, complete contact info, and click Submit
- VISIT OUR WEBSITE
- Go to cscsw.com
- Click on Service Request
- Enter the machine license plate number and click Submit
- CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Call 1-844-272-9675
- Press #1 if you are a customer or #2 if you are a property owner
- Provide the CSC representative with the machine license plate number
