Scope

• This article provides instruction on how to send email reminders to students through Canvas on how to record their NameCoach pronunciation

Environment

• 1186871: NameCoach
• 10185: Canvas

Instructions 

1. Select Student Name Recordings from the Navigation menu on the left
2. You will see two tabs. The first tab will contain NameCoach recordings of students enrolled in your course. The second tab contains students who have not yet recorded their name. You can send reminders to these students. Be cognizant that others may also be sending reminders — you don’t want to overwhelm your students
3. Choose the Remind All button to send a reminder to everyone listed in the tab that does not have a recording
4. You can choose to send a reminder to each person individually by clicking on the purple envelope in the Actions column after their name. You will get a preview of what the email will look like before sending it. The student will get an email with instructions on how to make their NameCoach recording for Canvas
