Resolution

• Miami University IT Services does does not offer the use of the online version of this application. 
• Miami University IT Services offers this application to be downloaded; however, the email service that is offered and supported is Gmail web
• Miami University IT Services does not fully support the use of any third party apps (including Outlook). Using third party apps may increase errors and reduce functionality, alert notifications, and email retrieval speed
• Miami University IT Services strongly recommends using the Gmail web service in your browser to check your Miami email
