- To provide instructions supporting the physical server hosting Esports services
Scope
- Esports is supported and operated by the department of Recreation Sports
- Providing assistance for Recreation Sports related to Esports services
Resolution
- Esports gaming server is mounted in a locked wall cabinet located in the Casting Room in the Armstrong Student Center room number 2076
- Cabinet keys set #1 given to James Davis (davisj9@miamioh.edu) on September 1, 2022. James is no longer with Miami as of fall 2026.
- Cabinet keys set #2 placed in Hoyt data center key vault
- Support now handled by Armstrong by way of Kallan Imhoff imhoffke@miamioh.edu and not through Doug Curry / rec sports.
