Objective

• To provide troubleshooting guidance to a user who is unable to locate a course in Canvas

Cause

• Canvas cannot always synchronize all changes instantly
• Course does not appear on the dashboard but is listed in the course list

Resolution

• The course should appear after the synchronization process runs overnight
