Renew an account from another authorized requester / Courtesy Account

Problem

• I need to renew a courtesy account that was previously requested by another user
• I need to renew a courtesy account, but it is not on my list of accounts

Rationale

• Sometimes an authorized requester leaves the University or is unavailable, and someone else needs to request the renewal of a courtesy account. Another authorized requester can step in to sponsor the account 

Resolution 

1. Navigate to the IAM Portal Courtesy Profile Module
2. Select Sponsor Dashboard
3. Select All Sponsored Profiles
4. Use the search bar to find the profile that you would like to renew
5. Identify the profile that needs to be renewed
6. Select Renew
7. Enter the following: 
   •  Extension Type* 
   •  Reason for Renewal* 
   •  Additional Details* 
   • Comments
   • Departments
8. Select Submit Renewal Request
