Renew an account from another authorized requester / Courtesy Account

Problem
- I need to renew a courtesy account that was previously requested by another user
- I need to renew a courtesy account, but it is not on my list of accounts
Rationale
- Sometimes an authorized requester leaves the University or is unavailable, and someone else needs to request the renewal of a courtesy account. Another authorized requester can step in to sponsor the account
Resolution
- Navigate to the IAM Portal Courtesy Profile Module
- Select Sponsor Dashboard
- Select All Sponsored Profiles
- Use the search bar to find the profile that you would like to renew
- Identify the profile that needs to be renewed
- Select Renew
- Enter the following:
- Extension Type*
- Reason for Renewal*
- Additional Details*
- Comments
- Departments
- Select Submit Renewal Request
