Name + Function PageUp is a talent management system that enables Miami University Human Resources and Academic Personnel to improve application and applicant tracking processes, to provide a comprehensive on-boarding process for new employees, and to effectively manage University application, search and review, and employment and hiring processes

PageUp: Applicant

User Functions

Prospective or active Miami University employee will use PageUp to:

  • Review current employment opportunities with Miami University
  • Create an applicant account
  • Complete and submit an application for a current employment opportunity
  • Update applicant profile and resumé file; change system password
Access All applicants: Jobs & Careers at Miami (http://jobs.miamioh.edu/cw/en-us/listing/)          
Active employees: Jobs & Careers at Miami (https://careers.pageuppeople.com/969/ci/en-us/listing)
Authentication Existing (returning) applicant and active employee will use CAS single sign-on to authenticate to the system
Active employee will use Duo for second-factor authentication, if prompted

Create an account
Complete your application
  1. Go to the Jobs & Careers page
  2. Apply filters for work type, location, and area of interest to narrow your search of current opportunities
  3. Select the job for which you want to apply
  4. Click the Apply Now button to begin your application
  5. Enter the email address you want to use for your application and pre-employment correspondence
    • Returning (existing) applicant: If you have applied for a position with us before, enter the email address you used on your previous application. You can update your email address when you start your new application       
  6. Follow the prompts to complete your application
  7. Click the Submit button to submit your completed application to Miami University
    • You will be unable to submit your application if you have not viewed all pages or completed all mandatory questions. Click the link(s) provided to complete your application

Access incomplete application
Review submitted application
  1. For a list of your incomplete (saved) and submitted (completed) applications, go to the Jobs & Careers page and click the Applicant Login button
  2. Enter the email address and password you used in your application and click the Login button
    • Active employee: Enter your UniqueID and MUnet password
 Update profile
  1. To update your profile in Miami's application system, go to the Jobs & Careers page and click the Applicant Login button
  2. Enter the email address and password you used in your application and click the Login button         
    • Active employee: Enter your UniqueID and MUnet password
  3. Click the Update profile tab 
  4. From the left column, select the Personal details, Education, or Employment option
  5. Edit your selection
  6. Click the Save button to update your profile in the system
Update resumé
  1. To update your resumé in Miami's application system, go to the Jobs & Careers page and click the Applicant Login button
  2. Enter the email address and password you used in your application and click the Login button 
    • Active employee: Enter your UniqueID and MUnet password        
  3. Click the Update resumé tab
  4. Update your resumé
    • Select and upload a file from your computer
    • Or download a file from your Dropbox or Google Drive account (sign-in required)
  5. Click the Save button to update your resumé in the system
Applicant (non-employee):
Change password
  1. To change your password in Miami's application system, go to the Jobs & Careers page and click the Applicant Login button
  2. Enter the email address and password you used in your application and click the Login button
  3. Click the Account tab and select Change password from the drop-down
  4. Enter your old (current) password
  5. Enter and confirm your new password — a strong password is difficult to guess, contains letters, numbers and special characters, and is a non-dictionary term
  6. Click the Change password button to save your new password to the system       

Did you forget your password?

  1. Click the Forgotten your password? link on the login page
  2. Enter the email address you used in your application and click the OK button
    • Check your email account a message containing password reset instructions

User-level Errors

Error: Applicant (non-employee) is unable to log into the system

  • Resolution: Contact administrator in Human Resources at 513-529-3131 or in Academic Personnel at 513-529-6724 during business hours for assistance

Error: Active employee is unable to log into the system


Error: Applicant or active employee is unable to access applicant information in the PageUp system

  • Cause: Various, undocumented
  • Resolution: Contact administrator in Human Resources or Academic Personnel — See Applicant Support
