Rationale

  • Updating your employee contact information in Banner will also update your entry in the Miami University Directory 
  • When you end a campus address entry, you also end the phone number(s) that correspond to the entry. When you create a new campus address entry, you must enter your campus phone number with the new address, even if your campus phone number has not changed

Resolution

  1. Log in to BannerWeb
  2. Select the Employee Services Online tab
  3. Select Update Campus Work Address
  4. In the Type of Address to Insert: box, select Primacy Campus Work
  5. Select Submit
  6. Fill out the fields on the Add Primary Campus Work address and phone: form that appears
  7. Select Submit
