e-Signature / Access and review an online contract

Objective

  • To provide instruction on accessing and reviewing unsigned and signed online contracts via e-Signature
  • To provide instruction on troubleshooting your browser when:
    • You can't accept a contract online
    • Your browser is stuck on the e-Signature submission page after you attempt to select a position for your teaching term

Environment

  • 10688: e-Signature

Resolution

  1. Check with Academic Personnel to ensure that your contract is ready to be signed
  2. Troubleshoot your web browser: Follow these KB instructions to clear your browser cache
  3. If the issue persists, access the site using a different web browser
