Objective

  • To provide instruction on logging in to a Banner 8 (Native Banner) account

Environment

  • 10306: Banner 8 Production
    • Native Banner
  • AppPortal

Cause

Resolution

  1. Be sure that you are on a wired connection on Miami's network
  2. Use your AppPortal to access Native Banner
  3. Log in using your UniqueID and Oracle password
  4. If you continue to experience a connection issue, contact IT Help at 513-529-7900 for assistance
  5. Provide the following information:
    • Computer type being used
    • Means of connection (wired/wireless)
