Wireless Network / Service outage in my building

Objective

  • To provide instruction on reporting an outage on the Miami wireless network

Environment

  • 10139: Wireless Network

Resolution

  1. Check with others in your building to confirm that they are also unable to reach wireless
  2. If others can reach wireless but you cannot, you may need to re-configure your device for wireless
  3. If no one else can reach wireless, contact IT Help at 513-529-7900 to report the issue
  4. Provide the following information:
    • Detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
    • Unique IDs of the people having the problem
    • Location, including building name
