Error received when accessing SkillPort

Issue/Question

  • When I try to access SkillPort, I get an error message that says my username and password do not match
  • I cannot log in to SkillPort from the Job Enrichment Page; It says :log-in failed
  • When logging in to SkillPort, I get an error saying that the username and password that I entered do not match

Environment

  • 10360: SkillPort

Resolution

  1. Use this URL to log in to SkillPort
  2. Follow these KB instructions to clear your browser cache and other data records
  3. If the issue persists, try accessing SkillPort in a different web browser than the one you normally use
    • For example, if you use Chrome, try using Firefox instead
