Software Center / Assistance needed in accessing site-licensed software on a University computer

Objective

  • To obtain assistance in accessing site-licensed software on University computers when:
    • You want to update the software available to graduate students in Software Center
    • You are a graduate student who has not been added to a group and are unable to access site-licensed software on University computers

Environment

  • 10293: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  • Software for University-owned Computers
  • Software Center

Resolution

  1. Contact IT Help at 513-529-7900 to request access to software
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Software titles needed
    • Your relationship to the University (e.g., staff, student, faculty, etc)
