Student Health Portal / Login issues

Objective

• To provide instruction on accessing the Student Health Portal when:
  • You are having trouble logging in to the Student Health Portal
  • You are getting a message that your patient record cannot be found

Environment

• 16480: Pyramed Student Health Portal
• University Apps
• Student Health & Wellness

Resolution

• The Pyramed Student Health Portal does not use the same password as the MUnet single sign-on password. If there are login issues, sometimes a simple password reset can help, especially in the event of an invalid username or password error message
  • Go to the Password Reset page at Miami University Student Health Services

1. Open the Student Health Portal
2. If you have not already created your account, select Click here to register
3. If you have an issue after registering, contact Miami's Student Health Services by email at SHSMiami@TriHealth.com or by phone at 513-529-3000 during business hours
