myMiami / Troubleshoot the Academic Advisor module

Objective

  • To provide troubleshooting suggestions for the myMiami Academic Advisor module when:
    • Your academic advisor does not appear in myMiami
    • You cannot see your advisor in student view
    • An error occurs in myMiami
    • You cannot upload a file using the Academic Advisor Administration Assignment tool

Environment

  • 10147: Academic Advisor Assignment
  • 10300: myMiami

Resolution

  1. Follow these KB instructions to clear your browser cache
  2. Log in to myMiami and try again
  3. If you continue to experience the issue, contact IT Help at 513-529-7900 for assistance
  4. Provide the following information:
    • A description of the error
    • A screen shot of the error, if possible
