Change a call center message

Issue/Question

  • I need to change our call center recording
  • I would like to change the 'on hold' message for our call center
  • We need to update the call center message prompts

Environment

  • 10716: VoIP
    • Call Center
    • Cisco Phone System
    • Cisco Call Handler

Resolution

  1. Complete and submit your request to update your call center information 
  2. Click the Other (explain below) radio button
  3. Provide the following information in the field given:
    • The nature of your request
    • New script for recording
    • Call center phone number
