Objective
To provide instructions on what to do when the Payroll Process to Create Parking Deductions (PZPPKHP) job fails. This process is part of the NuPark (306375) integration suite

Procedure
PZPPKHP is a Banner job that is scheduled and run using AppWorx; it is currently configured to send an email notification to the appropriate parties if the job fails
If a failure does a occur, the following steps should be taken:
Review the failure email for any relevant information. Any info pertaining to what may have caused the email to be sent can usually be found towards the bottom
Log into the banner job sub server (see Environment section) and locate the log and csv files under /home/payjobs (paytjobs for DEVL and TEST). Both files will use the format pzppkhp_DayOfTheWeek Month Day Time.filetype with slight variation between the log and csv files, examples being:
pzppkhp_Tue Jan 1 12:00:00 2022.log
and
pzppkhp_Tue Jan 1 120000 2022.csv
. If no csv or log files are present for the run, then the error occurred early in the launch and was likely caused by a bad configuration in AppWorx or incorrect file format of the job's code
If a solution is still not found after reviewing the email or logs, work with the Product Owner (PO)/ Reporter to determine next steps. If escalation of the issue is required, escalate to the supporting development team, which is currently the Sharks
