Objective

  • To resolve issues with users attempting to access ProcessMaker, but they are experiencing any of the following issues:
    • Getting spinning icons either when they attempt to log in or when they attempt to load pages within ProcessMaker
    • Unable to reach log in screen
    • Unable to see log in button

Cause

  • When upgrades occur with ProcessMaker, this leads to leftover files remaining on the user system. This can cause ProcessMaker to go into a loop thus not allowing access into the system.
